Storytelling through Art that transforms spaces of connection.
Anjola Ayodele is a Nigerian-American artist, based in Phoenix, Arizona, creating murals and public art that transform spaces into vibrant reflections of community, culture, and connection. Anjola fuses color, pattern, and narrative to celebrate underrepresented voices through story. She has experience in West African patterns and history, digital illustration, mural painting, and sculptural collaborative projects. With these in mind, she prioritizes authenticity, and community engagement. Her goal is to create visually striking artwork that inspires shared stories, fosters dialogue, and enriches public spaces.
Her illustration cover art has also been featured on a New York Time's bestseller. When she's not drawing, she writes poetry, drums and enjoys eating fried plantains.
